7-Star Phoenix carries on the Shao-lin Kung Fu tradition that has been taught in Colorado Springs for over three decades. The school covers external animal styles, internal arts, and traditional weapons in a welcoming all-levels setting.

Kung Fu for Kids

Children as young as seven train alongside older students in the regular classes, with a free trial class to see how a younger child fits the group. Programs include:
- External styles (Tiger, Crane, Mantis, Lohan Fist, and more)
- Internal practices (Tai Chi, Pa Kua, Hsing I, breathing, meditation)
- Weapons training (staff, nunchaku, sai, broadsword, and others)

Experience

Kids build focus, coordination, and discipline through classical Chinese martial arts. Best suited for ages 7 and up who are ready to train in a mixed-age class.
