Amy Yee Tennis Center on Martin Luther King Jr Way S is Seattle Parks & Recreation's flagship tennis facility, with 10 indoor courts and 6 outdoor courts open year-round. The center hosts eight USTA-sanctioned tournaments annually including the Seattle City Junior Advanced, Seattle City Junior Challenger, and the Annual Amy Yee Open.

Junior Tennis Programs

Programs cover kids ages 4.5 through 17:
- Tiny Tots (ages 4.5-5) - first racquet contact
- Red Ball Tennis (ages 4.5-7) - foam balls on 36-foot courts with low net
- NetGen (ages 6-10) - all-abilities friendship-and-skills program
- General Group Lessons (ages 4.5-17) - 6-week sessions tiered by age and NTRP level
- Junior Camps (ages 8-17) - school break camps
- Summer Break Camps (ages 8-13)
- Free Junior Drop-In - youth under 18 play free when courts are open

Experience

Amy Yee runs as one of the most active public tennis venues on the West Coast. Free drop-in for kids removes the access barrier - any kid can show up and play. Tournament hosting (8 USTA events a year) keeps competitive juniors plugged into year-round play.
