Founded in 2004, Ankeny Academy of Martial Arts teaches traditional Tae Kwon Do to children, teens, and adults in the Des Moines metro.
Kids Tae Kwon Do (Ages 4+)
Classes are grouped by age and belt level. Programs include:
- Lil Ninja Trix for ages 4 to 6
- Jr. Ninja Trix for ages 7 to 12
- Traditional Tae Kwon Do for ages 12 and up
