About

Outdoor Junior Golf on a Real Course

Arrowhead Golf Club in Wheaton offers summer junior golf programs on an actual course β€” not a simulator or driving range. Lessons are taught by on-staff golf professionals and kept small to give kids real attention.

Junior Programs

Two formats run during summer months:
- Junior Group Lessons (ages 7–15) β€” 4-day sessions Mon–Thu, covering grip, posture, chipping, putting, and full swing. $100/student, max 8 per class
- Junior Golf Summer Series (ages 9–17) β€” 3-session program focused on building habits, practice technique, and mental game. $100/student, max 6 per class

What's Included

  • Instruction on rules, etiquette, and core swing mechanics
  • Small group sizes (6–8 kids max)
  • Friday makeup day if weather cancels a session
  • Morning and afternoon time slots available
  • Students bring their own clubs (putter, iron, and wood minimum)

Experience

A practical, no-frills introduction to real-course golf for kids in the western suburbs. The 4-day format is compact enough for summer schedules, and the small class sizes mean kids get hands-on correction. The Summer Series adds a mental game component for older kids ready to think beyond mechanics.
