Monroe Center French Pastry Studio
Atelier Sucrรฉ's Hoboken studio at Monroe Center is the second location of Chef Simon Herfray's NYC-flagship French baking and cooking school (opened 2014). Recreational classes welcome teens 14-17 with a paying adult chaperone at a discounted teen price.

Experience
Real French pastry technique - lamination for croissants, macaronage for macarons, tart shell pรขte sucrรฉe. Teens get the same instruction as adults at a reduced price. Monroe Center venue with daytime and evening sessions 7 days/week.
