Monroe Center French Pastry Studio

Atelier Sucré's Hoboken studio at Monroe Center is the second location of Chef Simon Herfray's NYC-flagship French baking and cooking school (opened 2014). Recreational classes welcome teens 14-17 with a paying adult chaperone at a discounted teen price.

Teen Programs

Classes welcoming teens with adult. Programs include:
- Bake Your Own French Croissant
- Gluten-free French macarons
- French tarts and madeleines
- Bagels, homemade pasta, and pizza
- Private events for celebrations

Experience

Real French pastry technique - lamination for croissants, macaronage for macarons, tart shell pâte sucrée. Teens get the same instruction as adults at a reduced price. Monroe Center venue with daytime and evening sessions 7 days/week.
