AZ Ice Arcadia
About
Phoenix Proper's Lone Year-Round Ice Rink
AZ Ice Arcadia (Arcadia Ice Arena) is the only operating year-round indoor ice arena within the city limits of Phoenix proper - all other Phoenix-metro hockey activity sits in surrounding suburb cities like Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Peoria, and Chandler. The rink on E Thomas Road is famously where Toronto Maple Leafs star Auston Matthews started skating, and remains the home of the Arizona Titans youth hockey program and an Arizona Coyotes Hockey Development partner.
