Ballet Memphis is the training academy of Ballet Memphis professional company, located on Madison Avenue and considered the premier ballet school in the region.

Children's Programs

Age-graded ballet curriculum from toddlers through teens. Classes include:
- Discover Dance (ages 0–5) — movement fundamentals
- Discover Ballet (ages 6–15) — introductory ballet technique
- Classical Ballet (ages 8–18) — serious pre-professional training
