South Bay Pop Warner Football and Cheer

Beach Cities Sharks is the Pop Warner youth football and cheer organization serving the South Bay area. Home games are played at Redondo Union High School Football Field, and the program competes in the Southern California Pop Warner Conference.

Tackle Football Program

Pop Warner tackle football with no tryouts and age and weight matrix divisions for safer play. Programs include:
- Tackle football for younger and older youth divisions
- Minimum ten hours of conditioning before contact begins
- Saturday games starting the last weekend of August

What's Included

• Pop Warner certified coaching
• Practice fields at Aviation Park, Perry Park, and Redondo Union High School
• Cheer program alongside football

Experience

Practice begins July 15 with five days per week of summer conditioning at two and a half hours per day. Once the season starts, practices shift to three days per week at two hours. Travel within the Southern California Pop Warner Conference is part of the schedule.
