53-Acre Free Botanical Garden with Yao Japanese Garden
Bellevue Botanical Garden is a 53-acre urban refuge combining cultivated gardens, restored woodlands, natural wetlands, and wildlife habitat. The living collections showcase more than 3,000 varieties of plants that thrive in the Pacific Northwest, including the Yao Garden (a Japanese garden gifted by sister city Yao), a Rhododendron Glen, an alpine Rock Garden, a Native Discovery Garden, and a ravine trail through old-growth forest.
