Central Mass Flag Football operates a co-ed youth flag football league at O'Connell Field at Institute Park in Worcester. The 5v5 league is open to all kids ages 3-15 with practices and games every Sunday during the season.

Co-ed youth flag football. Programs include:
- Lil' Ballers (ages 3-4)
- Youth flag football divisions by age band
- Spring and fall seasons
