Central Oklahoma Flag Football runs youth and adult flag leagues plus year-round tournaments out of the Midwest City MAC (Multi-Athletic Complex), a state-of-the-art convertible turf facility on SE 29th Street.

Football Programs for Kids

COFF fields age-banded co-ed leagues plus tournament play across the OKC metro. Programs include:
- Youth Flag Football (Kindergarten through 12th grade)
