Charles Houston Recreation Center is operated by the City of Alexandria's Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities. The facility hosts youth futsal programming run jointly with Alexandria Soccer Association on its indoor rubber-floor court, plus city-run drop-in recreation.
