Tuition-Free Arts Education in Hartford
Charter Oak Cultural Center has served Hartford's youth for decades through its City School of the Arts, providing completely free arts programming to over 1,000 students each year. Income-based eligibility ensures the program reaches families across the community.
Arts Programs for Ages 6-18
Classes run Monday through Thursday in spring and fall sessions, with free summer programs available. Programs include:

- Hartford All-City Youth Orchestra
- Funky Dawgz Community Brass Band
