Children's Health StarCenter Plano is the Dallas Stars-owned community ice rink on W Plano Parkway, serving the heart of one of DFW's most hockey-dense suburbs. Part of the Stars' seven-location StarCenter network, the rink runs Stars-branded learn-to-play, house leagues, travel hockey, and figure skating year-round.

Programming covers the full Dallas Stars youth pipeline. Programs include:
- Dallas Stars Little Rookies Learn to Play (free, ages 4-8, full equipment kit)
