Bilingual Preschool and Enrichment in Chinatown

Chinatown Learning Center has served Philadelphia's Chinese-American community since 1993, combining a bilingual preschool with after-school enrichment for K–8 kids. It's a Keystone Star 4–rated center on the third floor of the Vine Street community building.
