South Salt Lake Traditional Shao-Lin Kung Fu Center

Chinese Shao-Lin Center is described as Utah's most comprehensive martial arts school for traditional Shao-Lin Kung Fu and Tai Chi, running a dedicated kids Kung Fu program at a slower controlled pace alongside teen and adult classes.

Kids Kung Fu

Traditional Northern Shao-Lin curriculum scaled for kids with safe progression. Programs include:
- Kids Kung Fu
- Teen Kung Fu
- Adult Shao-Lin Kung Fu
- Tai Chi
- Weapons training at advanced levels

Experience

Traditional Chinese kung fu studio with a long-standing presence in SLC. Kids work through stances, basic kicks and hand techniques first, then progress into forms (taolu), partner drills and eventually weapons exposure. Tai Chi crossover is available for kids and parents who want a calmer complementary track.
