Church Health's Cook Well, Be Well for Children and Families program runs out of the Nutrition Hub teaching kitchen at Crosstown Concourse - a multi-session course built around Mediterranean diet principles for ages 6+ with their parents or caregivers.

Kids Programs

  • Cook Well, Be Well for Children and Families - four-session course, ages 6 and up with a family adult
  • 2026 series options: Tuesdays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm starting March 10, or Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
  • Adult Cook Well, Be Well track (age 16+) runs in parallel for older teens going solo
