CNY Family Sports Centre

The Central New York Family Sports Centre is a full-service indoor multi-sport facility on the west side of Syracuse. Hosts indoor youth lacrosse leagues running October through March/April, with separate divisions for girls and boys across multiple grade groups.

Kids Lacrosse Programs

• Girls Premier Lacrosse - three competitive divisions (A, B, C), Thursday evenings
• Boys Lacrosse - grade-based divisions 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8, Friday evenings
• Two 20-minute halves per game, 8-game session format
• League runs October through March/April
• Coaching led by program director Kaitlin Donahue

What Parents Should Know

• Team fees $950 per team for full 8-game session
• Indoor turf format keeps Syracuse-winter weather from cancelling games
• West-Syracuse location accessible from Camillus, Geddes, and Liverpool
• Pairs well with outdoor spring/summer travel club schedules
• Multi-sport facility also runs indoor soccer, field hockey, and flag football
