Henry Avenue Goju Karate
Columbus Karate Academy on Henry Avenue has been teaching karate since 1993, with founder Dr. Raheem Ali Gardner running a Chinese Goju Ryu and Shaolin Goju curriculum.
Kids Karate
Age-tiered weekday classes with toddlers, kids and teens tracks. Programs include:
- Toddler Karate
- Kids Karate (ages 4-6) Mon-Wed 3:30-4:30pm
- Kids Karate (ages 7-14) Mon-Wed 5:30-6:30pm
- Character and discipline focus

Experience
Long-tenured Columbus karate program rooted in Goju traditions. Younger kids work on coordination, listening and basic stance; older kids progress through forms, partner drills, breaking and rank testing.
