Established in 1992, Des Moines Judo and Sambo Academy teaches the grappling arts of judo and sambo to children and adults across the Des Moines metro.
Kids Judo & Sambo (Ages 4-12)
Classes are split by age and built around throwing and groundwork through games. Programs include:
- Little Kids Judo/Sambo for ages 4 to 5
- Kids Judo/Sambo for ages 5 to 12
