Des Moines Performing Arts (DMPA) runs summer theater camps at its downtown Walnut Street venue, with Broadway teaching artists leading programs for grades 1 through college, including audition-based Musical Theater Camp and advanced Broadway Intensive.
Programs for Kids and Teens
Camps are graded by experience level with culminating performances. Offerings include:
- Theater in a Box (grades 1-3) - handmade characters and tabletop stage stories
