Downtown YMCA is the flagship branch of YMCA of Columbia. The branch hosts the YMCA Soccer League's Downtown location at Owens Field in addition to standard Y programming.

Soccer programming

Y league play across age tiers. Programs include:
- YMCA Soccer League games at Owens Field
- Practices for ages 3-5 through 10+
- Age-banded skill development
- Spring season (March-May) and additional sessions
