NFL Flag Football at East YMCA of Dane County

The East YMCA on Cottage Grove Road runs the YMCA of Dane County's NFL Flag football program for kids from kindergarten through 8th grade. Games and practices stay on the branch's own activity field.

Flag Football Divisions

Programs include:
- K/1st grade introductory division
- 2nd/3rd grade beginner division
- 4th/5th grade intermediate division
- 6th-8th grade competitive division
- Spring and fall seasons each year

Experience
