Father Charles M. McNaboe Park is a 47-acre Laredo city park anchored by a small lake, walking trails, sports fields, playground, and picnic shelters. Named for a local priest who advocated for green space in north Laredo.
What Kids Can Do
The lake offers shore fishing with bluegill and catfish stocked seasonally. Playground has climbing structures and slides. Walking trail loops the park (1 mile paved) for biking and stroller walks. Volleyball and basketball courts for older kids. Soccer fields host city leagues. Picnic shelters with grills for parties [marked: very hot midday June-September - go early morning or after 5pm].
