Fort Worth Vaqueros USL Academy at Sycamore Park

Fort Worth Vaqueros Academy is the youth-development arm of Fort Worth Vaqueros FC, training at Vaqueros Field in Sycamore Park - a 7v7 turf field built in 2018 from converted 1915-era tennis courts via city partnership.

Programs for Kids

Programming sits within the broader Vaqueros organization spanning youth through pro. Programs include:
- Youth Club
- Academy (development pathway)
- Pathway connection to Men's USL League 2 team
- Pathway connection to Women's WPSL team
- LIGA 7 adult/coed 7v7 leagues at the same facility

Experience

The men's first team moves to USL League 2 in 2026, raising the visible pathway for academy players. The Sycamore Park redevelopment story (1915 tennis courts to 2018 turf field) is unusual - few academy facilities have that civic-partnership origin.
