Fusion Martial Arts
About
Fusion Martial Arts on Hampton Avenue
Fusion Martial Arts is a multi-discipline martial arts school on Hampton Avenue in the Lindenwood Park / South Hampton neighborhood of St. Louis proper, one of the few city-proper academies offering structured kids martial arts alongside adult Krav Maga in a single facility. The curriculum is blended rather than locked to a single system, so students learn material drawn from karate, taekwondo, jiu-jitsu, and Israeli-developed Krav Maga depending on age and program track.
Kids Martial Arts Programs
Classes are structured by age along a color-belt path. Programs include:
- Little Ninjas / preschool (age 4+): motor skills, listening drills, simplest stances, conditioning games
- Kids Martial Arts: basic strikes and kicks, controlled partner drills, structured self-defense
- Belt testing through the school's color-belt path
- Teen and adult Krav Maga
- Blended curriculum drawn from karate, taekwondo, and jiu-jitsu
What's Included
- Kids martial arts and adult Krav Maga under one roof for whole-family training
- One of the few kids-friendly academies inside St. Louis city limits
- Multi-discipline blended curriculum
- Trial classes available for new students
Experience
Teen and adult Krav Maga sits alongside the kids program so parents can train at the same school while their children are on the mat, a practical schedule for busy households. The Hampton Avenue location is convenient for South St. Louis, the Hill, Lindenwood Park, Tower Grove South, Princeton Heights, Bevo Mill, and nearby south-city neighborhoods. Pattern fits city-proper families wanting multi-discipline martial arts without driving to a county suburb.
