The Gateway Region YMCA covers metro St. Louis and the Metro East with the South City Family YMCA on Sublette Avenue as one of seven CITY SC partnership sites. Coaching uses curriculum and training developed with the St. Louis CITY SC professional club.

Multi-branch seasonal play. Participating sites include:
- South City Family YMCA (Sublette Avenue)
- Carondelet Park Rec Complex
- Emerson YMCA
- O'Fallon Illinois YMCA
- Downtown Belleville, East Belleville, and Collinsville/Maryville/Troy YMCAs

• Reversible jersey and soccer ball provided to each player
• Coaching curriculum from St. Louis CITY SC pro staff
• Spring, Summer, Fall 1, Fall 2, and Winter seasons
