Level-Based Kids' Swim Lessons
30-minute weekly lessons progress from water comfort to stroke development. Programs include:
- Mini - 4-35 months (parent in water)
- Junior - 3-4 years beginner/intermediate
- Glider - 4-12 years beginner/intermediate
- Pro - 4-12 years intermediate/advanced
- Swim Force - 5-12 years competitive prep
