Gymnastics Academy of Charleston (GAC) runs the broadest program range on the Daniel Island side - preschool through competitive team, plus ninja obstacle and adult classes. Toddlers can start at 18 months, and the same building keeps them through teen-level training.

The schedule covers recreational and competitive tracks side by side. Programs include:
