City of Cleveland Public Skating Rink
Halloran Park Skating Rink, opened in December 1959, is the only public ice skating rink owned and operated by the City of Cleveland. The West 117th Street facility hosts free hockey programming and learn-to-skate classes for city residents, supported by Cleveland Monsters partnership investment in a Learning & Rec Center on site.
