Harold L. Lyon Arboretum is a 200-acre rainforest research garden in upper Manoa Valley, operated as a University of Hawaii at Manoa research unit. The site holds one of the largest collections of Hawaiian and Pacific plants anywhere.
School Tours & Field Trips
The Education Department serves over 10,000 students annually through field-trip programming aligned to Hawaii and Next Generation Science Standards. Programs include:
