Hope Valley Farms YMCA is the YMCA of the Triangle's south Durham branch. It hosts the Triangle-wide youth flag football program for south Durham and southwest area families.

Flag Football Divisions

Programs include:
- Age-grouped divisions across elementary and middle school
- Spring and fall outdoor seasons
- One weekly practice plus Saturday games
- Volunteer coaching from Y member families
