Houston Tennis Academy at Club Westside

Houston Tennis Academy operates inside Club Westside, a private athletic club on Wilcrest Drive on Houston's west side. The facility holds 22 outdoor courts and 4 indoor courts, giving year-round play even through Houston's hottest summer afternoons. Club Westside membership is required for program participation.

Junior Tennis Programs

Programs are organized by age and ability:
- Quick Start (ages 5-10) - intro using USTA progression with foam, low-compression, and full balls
- Challenger (ages 10-18) - intermediate group classes
- Super Champ (ages 10-18) - advanced juniors
- Junior Development Program (ages 11+, once weekly) - serious training track
- Private lessons

The indoor courts give a major advantage in Houston summers, when outdoor heat caps how much play kids can handle.
