ICC Mandarin Immersion School was founded in 2018 by the ICC (Institute of Chinese Culture) board specifically to fill a gap — a full bilingual early childhood campus rather than weekend or after-school Chinese. Based on Westoffice Drive in west Houston, it runs toddler through early elementary under one roof.
