Indy's Multi-Discipline Art Hub on the White River
Indianapolis Art Center is a long-standing community art organization on the White River with studios for ten disciplines and a packed schedule of youth, family, and teen programs.
Youth, Teen & Family Classes
Term classes and seasonal camps for children, teens, and families - separated by age band so younger kids work in age-appropriate groups while teens get more advanced studio time. Programs include:
- Early Childhood Classes
- Youth Classes (ages 6-10 and 10-14)
- Teen Institute
- Family Classes
- Summer, Spring, and Fall Break Camps
- Homeschool Art
- Make It Take Its (two-hour drop-in projects)
What's Included
- Materials and supplies provided ("All materials are included")
- Studios for clay, drawing, fibers, glass, jewelry & metals, painting, photo & digital, printmaking & book arts, sculpture, and wood
- Instructor-led sessions
