Institute of Culinary Education is a culinary school at Brookfield Place running a Recreational division with hands-on classes for kids, teens, couples, and families since 1975.

Programs for Kids & Families

Recreational classes and seasonal kids camps open to the public. Programs include:
- Family cooking classes (kids and parents, ages 8+)

Experience

Classes run in the recreational kitchens at the ICE Brookfield Place campus in Lower Manhattan. Format covers fundamentals (knife skills, baking basics), global cuisines, and theme classes, with full-menu cooking and shared meal as the standard arc.
