Iron Roots Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Iron Roots is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy on the east side of Colorado Springs, training kids, adults, and women in a clean, well-lit facility. Alongside BJJ, the school runs Muay Thai kickboxing and mixed martial arts programs.
Kids Jiu Jitsu
Youth classes are split by age so each group trains at the right pace. Programs include:
- Ninja Kids (ages 5-6): 45-minute class with movement drills, basic techniques, games, and live grappling
- Samurai Kids (ages 7-12): 50-minute class covering a broad range of Jiu Jitsu techniques
- Gi and no-gi instruction offered weekly

- One free week trial for new students
Experience
Kids build coordination, discipline, and confidence through hands-on grappling in a structured, supportive room. Suited for beginners through more experienced young grapplers ages 5 to 12.
