Irving Soccer Association (ISA) is a non-profit recreational youth soccer association serving Irving for over 50 years. The association runs leagues for ages 3U through 18U.

Recreation league play across age groups. Programs include:
- Age-banded recreational soccer 3U-18U
- Multi-tier divisions
- Tournament hosting at Irving Soccer Complex
- Volunteer coaching
