The Jewish Community Center of Greater Columbus runs a Red Cross-style swim lesson program out of its Bexley campus, with group, semi-private, and private formats. The progression follows standard Parent & Child, Preschool Aquatics, and Learn to Swim level structures.
Lessons from 6 months through adult
Age groupings are tightly bracketed: 6mo-3yr, 18mo-3.5yr, 3-5yr, 6-12yr, and 13+. Programs include:
- Parent & Child Aquatics Level 1
- Play to Swim
- Preschool Aquatics Levels 1-3
- Learn to Swim Levels 1-4
- Adult Swim: Learning the Basics
- Adult Swim: Improving Skills and Strokes
