JEI Learning Center of Chula Vista runs an after-school enrichment center on Otay Lakes Road in Chula Vista south of San Diego, part of the international JEI Learning network of Korean-origin supplementary education centers. The center delivers structured curriculum across math, English, reading, and writing for elementary through middle school students.

Students attend the Otay Lakes Road center for individual coaching sessions plus daily worksheet practice at home. Programs include:
