May's Parlor opened in 2017 as a French-trained pastry shop and has since shifted to a wholesale + classes model out of its Holland Road kitchen. Hands-on baking workshops run for home bakers and ticketed adult-child pairs.
Kids and Teen Programs
Workshops welcome bakers ages 12 to 99, with kids ages 12-15 paired with a ticketed adult. Programs include:
