Mesa Arts Center is the City of Mesa's flagship cultural institution, a full city-block campus on East Main Street downtown. The Center houses multiple performance venues, studio spaces, and a museum, and runs one of the most extensive city-run youth arts programs in Arizona.
Age-tiered youth programs
Classes split by developmental tier with short and long formats. Offerings include:
- Youth Classes by age (6-9, 10-12, 10-15, 12-15, 13+)
- Ceramics (hand-building, wheel)
- Drawing and Painting
- Glass (fusing, lampworking)
- Metalworking
- Media Arts (photography, digital)
- Movement and Theater classes
- 1-day Workshops, 1-3 Week courses, 4+ Week sessions
- Summer Camps and school-break programs
