Founded in 1994, Mills Gymnastics offers recreational and competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling classes for children and teens of all skill levels. Programs include pre-school gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, tumbling, ninja zone, aerial silks training, competitive teams (Xcel and Developmental), summer camps, open gym sessions, birthday parties, and field trips.
