Local-League Path to NFL Flag Championships

NFL Flag Tucson is a recreational flag football league running spring and fall seasons in northwest Tucson, operated by coaches with multiple NFL Flag Regional Tournament titles. The league feeds the official NFL Flag Championships broadcast on ESPN.

Flag Football Divisions

Co-ed and girls-only flag football divisions split by age (8U, 10U, 12U) with weekly games and structured practices. Programs include:

Experience
