OUSD Middle-School Flag Football League
The Oakland Athletic League (OAL) Middle School Flag Football League is the official middle-school flag football for Oakland Unified School District and charter-school students. Boys and Girls divisions both run with pre-season jamborees, regular season, and playoffs.

Middle-school grades 6-8 across OUSD facilities. Programs include:
