Olympic Start Elite Gymnastics Academy on Rutledge Road in Fletcher (Asheville metro) was founded by Miles Avery, four-time Olympic coach and USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame inductee. Trained 2004 Olympic Champion Paul Hamm.
