Onondaga Lake Park stretches 8 miles along the east shore of Onondaga Lake just northwest of Syracuse - one of Central New York's largest county parks. Paved trails, museums, playgrounds, picnic areas, and the Skรค-noรฑh Great Law of Peace Center.
What Kids Can Do
The 8-mile paved East Shore Trail is perfect for biking, scootering, and stroller walks - flat and shaded most of the way. Multiple playgrounds along the trail. Salt Museum and Skรค-noรฑh Great Law of Peace Center cover local Onondaga Nation and salt-industry history. Wegmans Boundless Playground inclusive play area at the south end.
