Free Coding for High School + Adults at Operation Spark

Operation Spark is a New Orleans nonprofit on Franklin Avenue running coding programs for high school students plus adult workforce training. Mission focuses on high-wage career pathways for youth and adults.

Programs for Teens and Adults

Two-track programming. Programs include:
- High school youth programs (free coding education + mentorship)
- Adult Workforce Training (18+, remote bootcamp)
- Career pathway support and job placement
- 600+ youth annually engaged
- 95%+ adult graduate employment rate
