Denver Youth Football Since 1968
Park Hill Pirates Youth Football Organization was founded in 1968 by Denver City Councilman Bill Roberts. The Pirates were created as a safe haven for Black youth and continue to serve over 200 boys and girls annually, ages 6 to 14, through year-round programming that extends well beyond sports.
Football Programs
Tackle football and cheer for ages 6 to 14. Programs include:
- Tackle football across age divisions
- Cheer program for football season
- Year-round community programming beyond athletics

Experience
The Pirates have built a 55-plus year legacy in Northeast Denver. Multiple generations of Park Hill families have come through the program, with strong emphasis on community, mentorship, and academic development alongside football and cheer.
