Penguin City Swim operates four Manhattan/Bronx pools (Midtown East 45th/Lex, Upper West Side John Jay College, Upper East Side Moise Safra, Riverdale). Small 1:4 group ratios, warm 86°F pools, and infant programs starting at 6 months.
